Rhythmic Ball Program

Course Objectives

To raise children's concentration, learning efficiency, visual perception, self-confidence and interpersonal skills through a series of rhythmic exercises involving balance, hearing and vision

Description

This program comprises a series of rhythmic exercises that integrate balance, hearing and vision by using balance boards, sandbags and small ball activities, and is a daily rehabilitation exercise highly recommended by schools, headmasters and teachers in the USA. Studies have indicated that children who participate in the therapy for five minutes three times a day for eight weeks exhibit significant improvements in concentration, visual perception and academic performance.

The Rhythmic Ball Program is intended for children with learning disabilities, behavioral problems, ADHD and children in general, and has the following benefits:
